Golf Simulator Birthday Party: Delivered Fun for the Guest List

A golf simulator birthday party is what hosts book when the cake needs an activity that works for golfers and non-golfers in the same room. ParTee Golf delivers a framed bay to your home, backyard, restaurant, or event space, builds it in about 30 minutes, staffs it with caddies, and packs out after about four hours. We are not a kids’ arcade venue and not a lounge reservation. 900 South Avenue on Staten Island is office only.

Residential birthday bookings are $1,000 right now (was $1,250) for the full kit and caddies. Tent +$250 outdoors. Clubs +$250 if guests need loaners. Larger venue birthdays are custom. Call (718) 650-3693 or email info@parteegolfsim.com.

The general party lander is golf simulator party. This post is the birthday angle: timing, guest mix, and how to keep the guest of honor swinging instead of stuck hosting.

Why a sim works for birthdays

Board games fade. A playlist is background. A sim bay is a queue people voluntarily join. Caddies keep that queue fair so the birthday person is not teaching every cousin how to start a round. Scores stay light. Photos look good against the screen. Rain does not cancel an indoor date.

Adult birthdays are our most common ask. Mixed-age parties happen too — call so we can match expectations to your guest list. We will not invent a separate kids-menu SKU on this page.

What arrives for a birthday booking

• Pro golf simulator with sensors and cameras
• Hitting mat, impact screen, mini projector, iPad, 32" TV
• Framed bay on site
• ~10×10 feet clear space to start
• Van delivery from Staten Island across the NYC metro
• ~4 hours of play
• 1–2 on-site caddies included

Indoor living rooms and outdoor tents

Most birthday hosts clear a living room or basement. Furniture moves once. We build. Guests rotate while food stays in the kitchen. Outdoor birthdays on a patio or yard add the tent (+$250) when shade or light rain is in the forecast. Pop-up outdoor phrasing: pop-up golf simulator.

Send a photo of the space. We confirm the ~10×10 footprint before we hold the date. Elevator and walk-up notes matter in NYC and Jersey City walk-ups — see golf simulator Jersey City and indoor golf simulator NJ.

Timing the cake, gifts, and swing window

About four hours covers arrivals, a long play block, cake, and a wind-down before pack-out. Many hosts put cake in the middle so late arrivals still get swings. Caddies can pause the queue for speeches without you orphaning the hardware.

Clubs (+$250) help when half the invite list does not own a driver. That keeps non-golfers in the party instead of watching from the couch.

Pricing

Residential: $1,000 right now (was $1,250). Tent +$250. Clubs +$250. Venue / corporate: custom. No per-kid ticket price published here — call with headcount and we will tell you if the residential kit still fits.

How to book a birthday date

1. Call (718) 650-3693 with the birthday date, address or neighborhood, indoor vs outdoor, and rough headcount.
2. Share elevator, walk-up, curb, and whether you want tent or clubs.
3. We confirm space and hold the date.
4. We arrive, set up in ~30 minutes, run ~4 hours, pack out.

Email: info@parteegolfsim.com. Do not drive to HQ expecting a party room.

Decorate around the bay, not through it. Balloons belong away from the projector path. A dessert table works beside the TV, not in the swing lane. If you want a scramble-style game with teams, tell the caddies at the start so they can set a simple format instead of open hitting only.

Gift-opening mid-window is fine. We pause. Guests come back. That flexibility is why hosts pick a delivered bay over a rigid hourly lounge block across town. Repeat birthday seasons — kids turning another year, annual friend-group parties — can be lined up as multi-event dates. Ask on the phone; we will not invent a published birthday-club membership fee.
