Rental Fees and Payment

Cancellations and Refunds

3.1. Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled rental start time may be eligible for a refund, subject to a cancellation fee.

3.2. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled rental start time will not be eligible for a refund.

3.3. ParTee Golf reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a rental booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

Liability and Responsibility

4.1. The User agrees to use the golf simulator equipment responsibly and in accordance with the provided instructions and safety guidelines.

4.2. ParTee Golf is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the use of the golf simulators.

4.3. The User acknowledges that they are solely responsible for any damages caused to the golf simulators during the rental period.

Intellectual Property

5.1. All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of ParTee Golf or its licensors.

5.2. The User agrees not to reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Website content without prior written consent.
