Is there a travel fee for Long Island deliveries? +
Travel fees vary based on your location within Long Island. Nassau County destinations typically have a lower travel surcharge, while eastern Suffolk County and the East End may have a higher fee due to distance. We always provide a transparent, upfront quote with any travel costs included — no surprises on event day.
Will the simulator work in my Long Island backyard? +
Absolutely. Long Island’s spacious yards are perfect for our portable simulator. We need a roughly 10×15 ft footprint with at least 9-10 ft of ceiling clearance (or open sky for outdoor setups). We set up on patios, driveways, decks, garages, and open lawns. Our team assesses your space and configures the perfect layout every time.
How far in advance should I book for a Long Island event? +
We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance for Long Island events, especially weekends and summer dates which fill up fast. For large corporate or wedding events, 4-6 weeks out is ideal to lock in your preferred time slot and ensure seamless logistics.
