What a golf simulator in Hoboken looks like with ParTee

Hoboken homes are compact and vertical: brownstone floors, converted lofts, walk-ups, and newer elevator buildings along the waterfront. A delivered bay fits that reality better than you might expect. We need about 10×10 feet of clear, level space to start. A living room with the couch pushed back, a finished basement, a building amenity room, or an office common area usually works.

Instead of herding friends to a lounge and watching the clock, the golf comes to your place. Your guests walk in, your food is on the counter, and the caddies run the bay.

What arrives

• Pro golf simulator with sensors and cameras
• Hitting mat and impact screen
• Mini projector, iPad, and 32" TV
• Framed bay — about 30 minutes to build
• Van delivery from Staten Island into Hudson County
• About four hours of play
• 1–2 on-site caddies included

Bring your own clubs or add clubs for +$250. Kids can play; there is no age cutoff. Caddies help first-timers so everybody gets a turn.

Load-in notes for Hoboken buildings

Hoboken logistics are the part worth planning. When you call, tell us:

• Elevator or walk-up, and how many flights
• Curb access — where a van can briefly stop to unload
• Building rules — some management companies want a booked elevator window or have move-in hours
• Ceiling height in the room where you want the bay

Send a room photo and we will confirm before we hold the date. Our space checker gives a quick first read.

Hoboken lounge vs delivered bay

A lounge is great when you want a night out and someone else hosting. A delivered bay is better when you want privacy, a set guest list, no travel for anyone, and four hours without a lane timer. If you are deciding between the two, the main questions are space and headcount. For most groups of friends or coworkers, a single framed bay with caddies keeps the line moving comfortably. Indoor first, rooftop or yard when it works

Indoors is the reliable default, especially from November through March. Hoboken rooftops and backyards can work on a flat surface in good weather; add the tent (+$250) for shade or light rain cover. Ask your building before planning a roof setup.

Other Hudson County and nearby areas

We deliver across Hudson County and the wider NYC–NJ radius: Jersey City, Weehawken, Union City, and on into North Jersey, plus Manhattan just across the river. If you were searching more generally, indoor golf near me explains how delivery works anywhere in our area.
